Andhere ki parchaiyaan

An Urdu book titled "Dard ka ehsaas" is lying in front of me on my table, ideally for the last couple of hours, I have tried several times to hold that and atleast go through the preface but of no use..not because the book is in Urdu language nor because I am having no time to go through it, but because of its cover page.
"Dard ka ehsaas", is a thought which require indepth feelings and emotions. The cover page is having a tree made on it with almost no leaves, but the tree is still standing tall and the sun made by the artist is looking caught up in pain of doom. Every stem of leaf-less tree is boldly narrating its strenght that it will remain intact and will continue blocking the rays of sun, no matter how deep and dark the shadow may be. No matter the trunk get burns and no matter it get peeled off by those uncanny rays.

Cigarette...Let's forbid

Bidi jalai le jigar se piya...
Jigar ma badi aag hai.
You can not have a better testimony that you actually need to burn your jigar to be an abid smoker. Today I am taking a resolution which i know is not the first time; that i will try to minimise my jigar turning into an amber of ash by restricting my self to less Cigarettes.
The point is why am I postings these personal resolutions on public blog? Frankly speaking I myself dont have a definete answer to this introspection of mine, but I surely know one thing that this blog will defenetly open up a debate that how inspirational and how demotivating a posting can be?
I mean to say should we open up our book of amendments and rectifications in public to get best out of ourselves?
I dont know but I feel its really important to be scrutinised and we all should put our lives under microscopic spectrum of world where we shall get unbiased and ruthless opinions about ourselves which is in our betterment.

....mere apne liye

"badan ke dono kinaron se jal raha hoon main
ke chhuu raha hun tujhe, aur pighal raha hoon main

tujhi pe khatm hai jaana mere zavaal ki raat
tu ab tulu bhi ho ja, ke dhal raha hoon main

main khvaab dekh raha hoon ke vo pukarta hai
aur apne jism se bahar nikal raha hoon main"

Fourth Estate

The notion that the Media is the fourth estate rests on the idea that the media's function is to act as a guardian of the public interest and as a watchdog on the activities of government. Depending on one's view of the media, this is either self-serving rationalization, or an important component of the checks and balances that form part of a modern democracy.
Once we talk about FM broadcast in India; we have a preconceived notion that the FM broadcast as the fourth estate of communication has painted itself fully in colors of entertainment and is least bothered about the responsibility it garners as a communication medium. But the truth remains that FM broadcast in India is actually governed through clauses of Information and broadcasting ministry which has not permitted us to bestow our views or the news on responsive issues like politics but still we have notched effectively a nick in giving relative information’s to the citizens which make them a responsible civilian of the country.
Radio FM broadcast is the cheapest and has the widest listenership and hence governments of the state and the union itself use this as a platform to sensitize on health and other concerning issues. We, in the capacity of programming teams of any private FM broadcasters try to sensitize the city with their responsibilities towards the nation building.
· Traffic sensitization
· Heath issues
· Education
· Carrier
· Protecting heritage
· Maintaining Legacy of the City
· Culture
· Language
These are some of the pillars on which a city as well as the country rests and FM broadcasts are coherently working on checks and balances of these pillars so that we come out and stand as a responsible Fourth Estate.

chup hoon is liye khush hoon !!

After locking horns with time bound shakles and after promising struggle against alienation...I slipped into coziness of comfort and compromised with the situation...I termed suffocation as satisfaction and yet living life in a materialistic fashion with no more questions and no more revolutionary ideas..Am I SICK???
